Now Renting Properties Faster

A new service that we have introduced very recently onto our website is the facility for prospective tenants to book a viewing on-line.  This is a very new initiative with only a handful of property management companies in NZ adopting this tool. One of the most common complaints from tenants was that it was difficult to coordinate a time to view properties and sometimes difficult to reach property/letting managers to arrange a viewing.

This (in our experience) was mainly because of the property/letting manager being out of the office performing other duties (inspections, viewings, client meetings etc) and this exacerbated the issue that tenants had in securing a viewing time.

Well these issue are now a thing of the past – with our new on-line booking system.  When tenants are viewing a property on our website, all they do is simply click the ‘Request a Viewing’ button and they can then book a viewing automatically.

The idea behind this also is to speed up the tenanting process which will lead to less down-times, higher occupancy rates and improved yields for you.
